Friday 6 PM-11 PM, Saturday 2 PM-11 PM and Sunday 2 PM-10 PM.
The festival will take place at Civic Center Plaza and the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. These two venues will merge to create one mega-venue with indoor and outdoor stages as well as attractions to suit all of your festing needs.
Parking in the area is going to be tough. Public transportation to and from the festival is widely available, affordable, and often times dependable. BART and MUNI lines are nearby.

Finally, no illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized or unlicensed vendors are allowed.
This is an all ages festival but we’re not about to ask comedians to watch their mouths. Your kids may leave with unexpectedly expanded vocabularies and knowledge.
In general, re-entry is not allowed. You may enter the festival gates once each day. However, if you absolutely must leave the festival and need to return the same day, you must speak with a supervisor at any festival entrance or exit BEFORE LEAVING to be scanned out. Yes, it is as complicated as it sounds. We do not recommend it. And, yes, we realize it would be much easier to just tell you “no.”
All tickets will come in the form of a wristband. Stylish! If you purchase your ticket closer to the festival and we are unable to ship the wristband to you, you will receive instructions on where to pick your wristband up. If you do not like instructions, we get it. Rebellion is cool, but if you want to get in, you have to play ball.
You will receive ONE wristband that grants you access to all three days of the festival. It cannot be removed once put on. If security suspects that your wristband has been tampered with, it will be void, and you will not be given access to the festival. Friendship is not worth missing out on this killer lineup.
Very civic-minded of you. Stay tuned for more information on our volunteer program.
We live in an age of magical flying robots, so releasing a mobile app available prior to the festival was a given for us. Sign up for our email list to be notified once it’s live.
Wristbands will ship 2-4 weeks prior to the festival.
If you have not received your wristband(s) 72 hours prior to the start of the festival, please contact our ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets, or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).
Please contact our ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets, or call 888.512.SHOW (7469).
We can only guarantee ticket validity for purchases made through our official vendor, Front Gate Tickets. Any other ticket source could get a little sketchy.
Tickets may only be picked up by the original buyer with valid photo ID.
Most vendors will accept debit or credit cards, but there will also be ATMs located throughout the festival site in case our technology turns against us and we need to revert to medieval forms of payment.
Lost & Found will be held at an Info Booth on-site. The festival will also be a great opportunity to find yourself.
Yes. We’re very tech savvy.

Clean Vibes, the festival’s waste diversion team, is looking to fill the following volunteer positions at Clusterfest:
Volunteers will manage a waste reclamation station in order to direct attendees on the proper disposal of their waste – in recycling, compost, or landfill.
These volunteers will be stationed near a picnic table area within the park and will work in conjunction with Clean Vibes crew and Clean Vibes Trash Talker® Volunteers to ensure the area remains clean and safe.
These volunteers will be working with a large group of staff and volunteers collecting and consolidating bags of trash and recycling and sweeping the grounds of all the loose litter during the event.
These volunteers will be working with a large group of staff and volunteers collecting and consolidating bags of trash and recycling and sweeping the grounds of all the loose litter after the event ends each evening.
These volunteers will work with Clean Vibes crew members and fellow volunteers to clear the venue, and vending areas of all event litter and debris. This position entails walking, stooping, bending, lifting and handling event waste, recycling and compost the day after the event.
Please apply here if you are interested in any of these volunteer positions.
Colossal Clusterfest is proud to partner with several local non-profits, including Downtown Streets Team, Larkin Street Youth and the Tenderloin Museum. A portion of all festival ticket sales will be donated to each organization to help take their mission further in making a difference in the San Francisco community.
We’ve partnered with Curadora to help out of town guests easily find accommodations during Colossal Clusterfest. Find your room.
While waiting in line is never ideal, it can be fun — make a friend, respect those around you, and make the best of it. Please don’t pull the chat and cut.
PLEASE don’t film or take photos of comedy shows. Break this rule and you will be ejected. Comedians work hard to produce fresh, original material. Respect the artist by keeping the show onstage, not online.
Heckling and conversation during comedy performances is distracting to the performers, and rude to your fellow festival-goers. This behavior will not be tolerated and, if necessary, will result in ejection from the show. It’s easy. Just don’t be an asshole.
Please respect the area surrounding the festival — keep the noise down after the show has concluded, and don’t make a mess inside or out of Civic Center Plaza. Remember we are the guests of the city of San Francisco and neighboring community. As previously mentioned above, just don’t be an asshole.
Harassment ain’t cool — be nice, respect one another, and we’ll get along just fine.
